KWC Battle of the Champions
The Karaoke World Championships Philippines and WOW Videoke bring you the 2012 Battle of the Champions. If you are a champion of any amateur singing contest, then join by filling out an online application form. Pass the screening and get a trial schedule. This is on a first-come, first-served basis. You may only audition once and only in the region where you belong. This is a one-time opportunity to go head-to-head, mic-to-mic with all the singing champions. So practice, prepare, and karaoke your way to the KWC World Finals for a chance to be the next Karaoke World Champion and win P100,000 cash plus an all-expense paid trip to Finland.
Contest Requirements:
- Male or female, 18 years old and above
- Champion of any amateur singing contest from 2010 to May 31, 2012
- Amateur according to KWC International rules
- Eligible to travel outside the country
- Log on to kwcphilippines.com and register through their online application form
- Scheduled auditions for each region
- Luzon - Metro Manila
- Visayas - Cebu City
- Mindanao - Davao City
- You may only audition once and only in the region where you belong. (E.g. If you are from Baguio, you can only audition in Luzon)
- All applications must be done online. KWC PHL will not accept walk-in contestants at any time
- All applications will be evaluated for qualification. Review will be done on a first to register, first to be evaluated basis
- If pre-qualified, you will be required to submit necessary documents prior to auditions
- Audition schedules will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis
- The list of pre-qualified contestants and their respective schedules will be posted on the official KWC PHL website and Facebook page
