Alab: The Independent Musician Rising Awards

Calling all independent musicians! Let your voice be heard and start submitting your entries in the Alab: The Independent Musician Rising Awards. This latest competition from Carat Philippines aims to encourage budding artists, particularly in the genres of rock, pop, and hiphop/rnb, to show your talent and be an advocate of Original Pinoy Music. All you have to do is record a clip of your performance at a gig, a music video, or a home-recorded performance. Upload it upon registration via the contest website. You can only submit one (1) track regardless of genre. Alab will only consider the last track submitted. Wait for your entry to be approved and uploaded on the contest site gallery then encourage your friends to vote for your video. The selected Top artist per genre will be toured on different touchpoints, and groomed for one whole month. The Grand Finals winner will be awarded with P300,000 CASH while the Top artist per genre will each receive P20,000. Aside from the money, all winners will each get a Talent contract and management + Recording label and production + Artist grooming and exposure + Spot in Fusion 2017.
