Sun Cellular FREE Facebook

Sun Cellular, one of the most progressive telecom operators in the Philippines, has launched Facebook Zero, a service that allows all Sun subscribers to access their Facebook account for FREE. To use this service, you just have to activate the GPRS feature of your mobile phone. Once activated, go to wap.suncellular.com.ph and click on the Facebook Zero button (as shown below) and you can already start browsing Facebook for FREE. However, the Sun Cellular FREE Facebook service is limited to updating your status and commenting on your friends' posts. Should you try to access external web sites and photos, you will be charged the regular rate of P10 for every 30 minutes of Internet surfing. Will Globe and Smart follow suit?

NEW Premyo sa Resibo March Draw

UPDATE: I have been monitoring the Premyo sa Resibo website and it seems that they are still continuing with the draw dates. Only problem here is that the faq page isn't that updated which makes it kinda confusing. It doesn't exactly say the prize at stake as well as the draw dates. So if you are planning to join, proceed with caution else you waste your cellphone load.

NEW Premyo sa Resibo (PSP) is at it again with its March Draw. Only problem is that they don't say the prize amount for the GRAND DRAW! There are however some improvements on the allocation of prizes. Compared to the previous draws, this draw gives entrants more chances of winning by allowing entries to be entered in succeeding draws even if that entry have already won and creating weekly draws as well.


Promo Requirements:
  • Receipts (any amount) dated November 1, 2008 onwards
Promo Mechanics:
  1. Obtain receipt (types of receipt) from merchant
  2. Copy the TIN, Receipt No. and Receipt Amount
    • Example on the right image:
      • TIN: 005-215-077-076 VAT
      • Receipt No.: 00084293
      • Receipt Amount: 130.00
  3. Text PSR [space] TIN [asterisk] Receipt Number [asterisk] Receipt Amount
    • Based on the example, your text should be:
      • "PSR 005215077076*00084293*130"
  4. Send to 9777 for all kinds of cellphone subscribers
  5. NEW rate of Php 2.50 will be charged per text
  6. Wait for confirmation text
  7. Record/save raffle entry numbers and receipt
NOTE:
  • No registration is needed
  • Minors must first obtain the consent of their legal guardian

Receipt more than P350? Here is what you do so you don't have to text more than once:
  1. Text the keyword PSR plus the details of the receipt in this format:
    • PSR [space] TIN [asterisk] Receipt Number [asterisk] Receipt Amount
  2. Send to 9778
  3. Wait for confirmation text
  4. Save the text and keep the receipt
Note:
