Enroll online or by phone for FREE. Like the previous promo, non-winning raffle entries will be carried over to the next draw. Isn't that neat? Promo Requirements:

• All active principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of Citi Visa / MasterCard who are enrolled in Citi Electronic Statement during the promo period.

2. There are two (2) ways to enroll:
1. Sign on to Citibank Online at www.citibank.com.ph; or
2. Call CitiPhone at 995 9999 in Metro Manila, 234 9999 in Cebu or 1800 10 995 9999 toll-free from other provinces through PLDT
3. One (1) raffle entry will be given per Cardholder who is successfully enrolled in Citi Electronic Statement.
   
4. A Cardholder can only win once during the raffle promotion
