I know Hong Kong or some other country had this similar kind of promo where you capture 2d barcode images using a program which then decodes a message. To join NESCAFÉ 3in1 DECODE, you need to live in NCR, be a Smart subscriber and have a camera cellphone (although I'm not sure if it will work on all camera phones). 3 lucky winners will take home PhP 31,313 in CASH each.
