- Buy P100 worth of any Close Up products from any supermarket
- Present proof of purchase (official receipt from supermarket) to designated Close Up ticket booths located at the SM Mall of Asia and designated supermarkets in Metro Manila to redeem tickets
- Only official receipts of purchases made starting January 1, 2012 will be accepted. The Close Up brand and purchased amount must be clearly indicated in the official receipt.
- Multiple receipts will be accepted. Every P100 purchase of any Close Up product is equivalent to one (1) ticket worth P100 or a 50% discount to the P300 or P500 tickets.
- A maximum of three (3) free P100 tickets can be redeemed for every single purchase receipt. However, there will be no limit as to the number of discounted tickets that could be redeemed for every P100 purchase.
