- To get your raffle coupon, present the tape receipt or Official Receipt (OR) to the store's Customer Service
- For the receipt to be valid:
- Transaction dates should be within the promo period
- Details on the raffle coupon should match with the information found in the IDs and registered mail notification being presented
- Raffle coupon number should match the raffle coupon being presented
- It should should clearly show the Wyeth product purchased
- Complete the required details in the raffle coupon then drop in drop boxes found in all participating stores nationwide
- Keep the other half of the raffle coupon showing the raffle coupon number for claiming purposes
- You may only win once throughout the whole promo period
