The Isuzu Dare
Does your Isuzu hold the highest mileage in vehicles? Take the Isuzu Dare to gauge how stable and how tough your car is. Get your application form from any Isuzu dealerships and selected Caltex stations nationwide or download it online. Together with a snapshot of your vehicle and the odometer reflecting the current kilometer reading plus a copy of your OR-CR, submit your accomplished form thru lsuzu dealerships nationwide or via facsimile, e-mail, courier mail and thru Caltex Station. You will automatically receive a token from Isuzu if you submitted your entry with complete information. Win the challenge and take home P30,00, P20,000 or P10,000 worth of Caltex fuel card respectively.
Contest Requirements:
- Owners of Isuzu and imported Isuzu second hand vehicles (passenger cars, AUV, SUV, trucks etc.)
- Go to any Isuzu dealerships and selected Caltex stations nationwide and get an application form or download here
- Entry Guidelines
- Accomplished application form indicating your vehicle's current kilometer reading
- Copy of OR-CR (the name of the contestant may not be the same as the name indicated in the OR-CR as long as you can present a legitimate deed of sale)
- Photo of your vehicle. Also attach a snapshot of your car's odometer reflecting the kilometer reading as stated in the application form
- Submit the application form thru Isuzu dealerships nationwide or via facsimile, e-mail, courier mail and thru Caltex Station
- If the vehicle was purchased through fleet/corporate transaction and is registered under a company name, application may be named under the owner or vehicle assignee authorized by the company
- You can only win once. You get the higher value prize if your name is selected more than once
- In case of a tie, the winner will be determined on the order of the date the application form was submitted; the customer who submitted his/her application form first wins
