General Malvar Essay Contest
Gen Miguel Malvar is our hero. He could have been the 2nd president of the republic if it was not for the failure by the government to recognize it. To commemorate the centennial death anniversary of this revolutionary commander, all students from every division (Elementary, High School and College) are encouraged to join the GMM essay writing contest. The general theme revolves on "National Hero For Modern Times". This is a great way for the younger generation to know more about the history of the past president and hero of their country. Cash prizes for each division ranging from P10,000 to P30,000 are at stake.
