SKYBROADBAND and CgeTV takes you to another level of velocity in their Life at 5Mbps promo. Conceptualize a 15-second video having "speed" as the main concept and submit it online. Let others vote for your entry and take home P25,000 for the People's Choice award. On the other hand, if SKYBROADBAND chooses your entry, you Win P50,000. Contest Requirements:
  • Open to all citizens ages 18 years old and above
Contest Mechanics:
  1. Log on and register to cge.tv
  2. Participants should produce a video having "speed" as its main concept
  3. Entry Guidelines
    • Video entry length should not exceed 15 seconds and must not exceed 100mb in size
    • Any video file format may be used (wmv, swf, mpg, mp4, mov, etc.)
    • Should not contain ISP brand/logo
    • Must be in compliance with CgeTV's terms and conditions
    • Should contain the official SKYBROADBAND end frame (640x480 or 1280x720 or 1920x1080)
    • All entries must carry this disclaimer on the last frame: "This is not an official SKYBROADBAND TV Commercial"
  4. Upload your entry under the "Life at 5Mbps" category
  5. In case of any difficulty in uploading the video, entries may be sent via email at marketing@skybroadband.com.ph
    • Judging Criteria
      • People's Choice:
        • Entry with the most unique votes (Cges) by the end of the voting period
        • In case of a tie, the entrant who first reached the highest number of votes will be declared the winner
      • SKYBROADBAND Choice
        • 45% Message
        • 45% Creative Execution
        • 10% Quality of Video
    • Submit as many entries as you want
    • Judges' decision is final

    • August 21, 2011 - Last day of voting
    • August 26, 2011 - Announcement of winners
    Contest Prize:
    • People's Choice Award - One (1) winner will get P25,000
    • SKYBROADBAND Choice Award - One (1) winner will get P50,000
    Upside
    • Online submission
    • Prizes are transferable
    • 20% tax for the prizes exceeding P10,000 will be shouldered by SKYCABLE Corp.
    Downside
    • "All users will be acknowledged for their video entry but SKYBROADBAND and CgeTV will have the rights to all submitted videos in the contest"
