Now on its 13th year, you can get to watch 20 European films from 16 European countries for FREE. Catch the Cine Europa 13 it at Shangri-La Cineplex from September 10 - 19, 2010. What's more, one lucky moviegoer gets to Win 1 KLM Economy Class ticket to EU. Expect a lot more people waiting in line because of the huge prize giveaway. Try to be there as early as possible
