For the longest time, the Japanese embassy has been offering
scholarships to high school students, teachers, professionals, and those pursuing a doctorate degree. Once again, they are opening their doors to interested applicants. You may visit the JICC Library in Manila every Friday, 9AM -12PM and 2PM - 4:30PM for a Free Scholarship Consultation. Those in the provinces my visit the Japan Consular office in Cebu and Davao.
