Alice in Wonderland Cosplay

Wednesday night was a whimsical experience for us bloggers who were invited to watch Alice in Wonderland in 3D at SM Megamall. It was interesting how I seemed to remember the cartoon version of the story as I watched the film. The only difference with this one is that my eyes literally lit up from the stunning visuals. Everything was animated. Tim Burton's rendition will take your visual senses to a world where it hasn't gone before.

Unlike Avatar, the film was shot in 2D and later converted to 3D format. To be honest, I found it more 3Dish than Avatar. It was like all the scenes had depth and you felt that you were inside the movie. This movie is worth watching in 3D.

What you will like:
  • Outstanding performance from Johnny Depp, the Mad Hatter
  • Insane visuals
  • Nice flow of story
  • Realistic animation and CG (computer graphics)
What you probably wouldn't like:
  • Delivery of some lines were quite difficult to understand
  • Not quite suited for the kiddies
Alice in Wonderland is now showing at all SM Digital Cinemas and IMAX Theatres (North Edsa). Log on to www.smcinema.com for more details
