Dive in Philippine Star and Knorr's Seafood Recipe Contest. The four categories to choose from includes big fish, small fish, crabs and crustacean and shrimps and lobsters. Send your recipe and a snapshot of your dish via email or snail mail. Make sure that your recipe includes Knorr Real Sarap products. Winners per category receives a P5,000 worth of SM gift certificates and will be featured in the Philippine Star. Remember to contact me when you make your dish so I could do a preliminary taste test hehe JK!


Contest Mechanics:

1. Four categories: big fish, small fish, crabs and crustacean and shrimps and lobsters
2. Recipes must include Knorr Real Sarap products
3. Send your favorite seafood recipe and a snap shot of the cooked dish via
   
• Email: philstar_moaseafood@yahoo.com
• Snail mail: Philippine STAR at R. Oca Jr. and Railroad Streets, Port Area, Manila, or to the SM Publicity Office at Building C, SM Corporate Center at JW Diokno Avenue, Pasay City
4. 10 recipes will be preselected and cooked by CCA which will then be judged by a panel
   
5. Judging Criteria
• 50% Taste and flavor
• 30% Creativity and uniqueness
• 20% Completeness of ingredients used

Contest Period: Submission Deadline - August 19, 2009

Contest Prize:

• P5,000 worth of SM gift certificates for EACH category winner
  
• Best recipes will be featured in the Philippine STAR on August 30
