Prizes at stake got even better in this year's Cream-O-Holics Video Contest. Create an original flick showing the great lengths you’d go to have a Cream-O. Get to bag great prizes like MacBook Air, Canon Camcorder, or iPod Touch 16GB.



Contest Requirements:

• Filipino residents aged 15 years old and above
• Below eighteen years of age must download a waiver and parental consent form, which must be completed and signed by your parent or legal guardian
• Purchase a Jack 'n Jill Cream-O cookie variant (classic, premium, chocolate chips, Deluxe, and choco wafer bar)

Contest Mechanics:

1. Log on to creamoholics.com and register
2. Upload a video showing what great lengths you’d go to have a Cream-O. It can be the wildest thing you did/could do for Cream-O.
3. Video Guidelines
   
• MUST NOT exceed 1 minute
  
• Should contain any Jack 'n Jill Cream-O cookie variant in any part of the video
• MOV, AVI, 3GP and WMV format
• Cannot be video links from other websites
• Users original production
  
• Not made to promote another brand or entity
• No inappropriate content allowed (see mechanics)
4. Judging Criteria
• 70% Panel of Judges
  
• 30% Originality & creativity
• 40% Depiction of being a Cream-O-holic
• 30% Over-all impact and appeal
• 30% Online Votes
5. Registered users may vote once per video entry but can vote for multiple videos.
