I thought this contest was only open to foreigners but as it turns out, it's open to us Filipinos as well. Awesome Philippines Remix your Holiday is so easy to do. It's similar to Nescafe Flicks contest where you need to remix existing videos and music to create your original storyline. Most number of votes will be shortlisted and have a shot at Winning a dream holiday in the Philippines with a friend (10 winners)
Contest Requirements:
- Open to all legal residents, aged 21 and above, of the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Korea, China, Canada, United Kingdom, Taiwan and the United States. Except for Japan, the legal age for this contest is 20 years old and above
- Includes Philippine residents
- Create your dream holiday video by remixing video travel clips, photos and music tracks from the www.awesomephilippines.com
- Find the different clips of specific destinations in the Video Remixer
- Pick and edit cuts of the different travel clips and photos based on your own storyline
- Choose the soundtrack of your video from the songs available
- Register to enter the contest. As a user, you may submit more than one video entry
- All submitted videos will be showcased in the website gallery and widgets
- Your video will be rated by other registered users via a thumbs-up, thumbs-down system
- Videos with the highest ratings will be short listed. From the shortlist, 11 videos will be selected by MTV Asia and the Philippine Department of Tourism as the winning entries.
