Promo Mechanics:

3. Fill out your personal details on the form
4. You will then receive a username and password via email or telephone call
5. 500 applicants will be given a tester kit containing Durex products
6. Testers will have 4 weeks to try the products and comment on the quality via the online feedback form
7. First twenty-five (25) testers to accomplish the form will be given additional free products from Durex
8. One (1) tester to be able accomplish the form and give the best answer to the question "What makes me the best Durex Condom Tester?" will win PhP 50,000 cash, together with free products from Durex.
