If you own an Aspire, I have a nice blog contest for you. If you don't have one, no problem, you may vote and win yourself an Aspire ONE come February (subscribe to my Google Calendar to know when). In Aspire's Blog or Vote Contests, everyone can win! For those who have an Aspire, simply blog about your laptop and get a chance to win a Barkada Trip Package.




Contest Requirements:

• Any group/barkada of at least three to a maximum of five people which have made a purchase of at least three (3) units of any model of the Acer Aspire One laptop from any Acer dealer nationwide
• Purchases are made within November 15, 2008 until January 31, 2009, and a proof of at least three (3) Acer Aspire laptops of any model will be presented. In this case, separate receipts of each purchase will have to be presented in the claiming of the grand prize.

Contest Mechanics:

1. One main representative of the group will be required to fill in the on-line registration form at http://www.aceraspireonegen.com to qualify for the grand prize.
   
2. The representative must submit a group/barkada photo (minimum of one photo, maximum of five photos per entry depending on storyboard) and/or one video clip (maximum of 30 seconds) depicting ACER Aspire One notebooks based on the stated contest criteria
• Photo/s and video are aligned and coherent with the ACER GENERATION theme - 50%
• Quality and originality of blog essay including choice of words and coherence to the submitted photo/video - 25%
  
• Percentage of participants’ online votes - 25%
3. Along with the photo/s and video clip, the main representative of the group will have to submit a blog-type essay of not less than 150 words and not more than 300 words based on the stated content criteria.
4. All entries should be uploaded online within the period of November 15, 2008 until February 14, 2009 only.
5. The one (1) grand prize group winner for the “Together, We Aspire” contest will be judged by Acer Philippines, Inc.
6. Start of on-line voting of entries submitted is on February 15, 2009, 12:00 p.m. Cut-off for voting is on February 28, 2009 at 11:00 p.m.

Contest Period: November 15, 2008 - February 14, 2009 (11:00 p.m.)

Contest Prize:

• A full-board, overnight barkada getaway trip for a minimum of 3 pax to a maximum of 5 pax at the Canyon Woods Resort in Laurel, Batangas or at the Canyon Cove Resort in Nasugbu, Batangas, depending on the grand prize winners’ preference.
• Acer Philippines, Inc. will shoulder the transportation expense to and from Batangas City, whether Canyon Woods or Canyon Cove, from one agreed pick-up and drop-off point but strictly within Metro Manila only.
• Transferable!

Promo Mechanics:

1. Participant must initially register on-line at http://www.aceraspireonegen.com together with his/her e-mail address to earn an official entry to win an Acer Aspire One netbook.
2. Participant then casts a vote, within the period of February 15, 2009 until February 28, 2009, on the best group photo from all the participating entries of the Together, We Aspire campaign.
   
3. Only one vote will be allowed per e-mail address.
   
4. The one lucky winner will be randomly selected from the online database on March 3, 2009, 10 a.m., at the Acer Philippines, Inc. office located at
   Unit 3401, PBCom Tower, 6795 Ayala Ave., Makati City, in the presence of a DTI representative.
5. The one (1) individual winner will be notified by a duly assigned representative of Acer Philippines, Inc. by phone call, e-mail and registered mail no later than March 5, 2009.
