Contest Requirements:
- The race is open to all Filipinos aged 18 years old and above at the time of application

- Apply online or download the application form at www.dbprororace2008.com; or get your application forms at DBP branches nationwide. Only one (1) application per team will be accepted.
- All application forms (submitted online or via snail-mail) must have the following attachments in readable format:
- Certified true copy of each team member’s birth certificate
- Certified true copy of each team member’s driver’s license
- One (1) passport size picture of each team member
- One (1) picture of your team (should be a whole body shot)
- Submit all application requirements on or before October 25, 2008 to any DBP branch nationwide or through any of the following:
