Just visit the Planet Zest-O Mall Activity areas with your 12 year old, or younger, kid or sibling, and get a chance to win! Can't visit the mall? No problem, you can still join the Minor Prize of P50,000 worth of shopping spree just by texting your entries!



Promo Mechanics:

1. MAJOR RAFFLE DRAW MECHANICS
1. Visit any of the Planet Zest-O Activity areas and claim the Golden Ticket which will give the participants a chance to join the raffle promotion, they must submit One (1) empty Zest-O Juice Drink box with specially-marked Planet Zest-O logo at the designated redemption booth.
2. The participants must write the following information on the stub portion of their Golden Ticket: name, parent/guardian’s name , address, landline and/or cellphone no. Each stub will serve as one raffle promo entry. The more boxes submitted, the more Golden Tickets received.
   
3. All entries must be dropped in the designated promo tambiolo situated at the Planet Zest-O Area at the designated malls
4. The promo is open to all children 12 years old and below; consumers of Zest-O Juice, except the sponsor, its promo co-partners, ad & merchandising agencies, event supplier; and their employees and relatives up to the second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity.
   
5. The winning Golden Ticket will be drawn during the event.
   
2. MINOR RAFFLE DRAW MECHANICS
1. To get a golden ticket no. which will serve as their entry to the electronic raffle, participants must text PLANET ZEST-O to 2966. They will be charged P 2.50 per text.
   
2. The promo is open to all except the sponsor, its promo co-partners, ad agencies &
   event supplier; and their employees and relatives up to the second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity.
3. The winning entry will be electronically drawn during the last working day of the week prior the mall event. The draws will be done weekly at the Zesto Corporation Office in Manila.
3. OTHER PROMO CONDITIONS
• Minor raffle entries will qualify for all five (5) draws.
  
• Major and minor raffle winners may only win once.
  
• The major draw winner’s name will be announced immediately after each draw.
  The minor draw winner for the week will be announced at the mall event. Minor winners will receive a text message and written notification.
• Zesto Corporation has the option to publish the names and photos of the winners
  without further compensation to them.
  
• Upon receipt of notification, the 1st and 3rd week major raffle winners may claim their prize at the Zesto Corporation office at 574 EDSA, Caloocan City.
• The rest of the winners, especially winners outside Metro Manila, may claim their prize at the nearest Zesto office. The notification coming from Zesto Corporation will indicate where and when to claim the prize.
  
• Winners shall have at least sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement, or notification of winners, whichever comes last, within which
  to claim their prizes.
  
• After the claim period has lapsed without a claimant, DOH-BFAD shall immediately be informed. Prizes may be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of DOH-BFAD.
• Major draw winners must bring their school ID and/or photocopy of Birth Certificate and their portion of the Golden Ticket. If claiming is through a representative (Parent or Guardian), any two (2) valid ID’s, such as school or company, SSS/GSIS, passport, driver’s license, etc. and the Golden Ticket.
  
• Minor draw winners must present the text notification and/or written notification; and any two (2) valid ID’s, such as school or company, SSS/GSIS, passport, driver’s license, etc.
• Zesto Corporation will shoulder the 20% prize tax. The major draw winners shall shoulder the travel taxes, land transfer expenses, travel insurance and other expenses that are not part of the travel package awarded to them by Zesto Corporation.
• Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. The winner must submit a written request for the transfer of prize to Zesto Corporation.
  
• All draws will be done in the presence of the DOH-BFAD and Zesto Corporation representatives. in case of disputes, Zesto Corporation’s decision, in concurrence with BFAD is deemed final.

Promo Prize:

• Major Prize - Five (5) winners of HK Disney Trips plus toy shopping spree worth P200,000 each (one winner per mall)
  
• Minor Prize - Five (5) winners of P 50,000 worth of shopping spree each
  

Upside:

• Only those in the Planet Zest-O booths can win the Major Prize! (chances of winning depends on the participant on that day)
• Prizes are transferable
• Zest-O will shoulder 20% tax for minor prizes
• Minor raffle entries will qualify for all five (5) draws

Downside:

• Major prize open only to 12 years old and below (could be an upside too!)
