Does your child have the Hannah Montana charm in her? Then don't miss the opportunity to join the Hannah Montana You can be a Pop Star Contest! Yes, your child (or sibling) can be a pop star and win a 3 days 2 nights Trip to Los Angeles inclusive of Pop star activities and pampering!

Contest Requirements:

• Entry to the Contest is open to children both girls and boys in the Philippines aged 7 to 14 (as of 14th June 2008).
  
• Contest is open to amateur performers only.
  
• Participants must not have appeared in any performance
  

Contest Mechanics:

1. Log on to www.disneychannel-asia.com to find out more about the official rules of the contest.
2. Print out the entry & release forms from the website.
3. Get permission from parents or legal guardians aged 21 or above, and get them to sign on the entry & release forms. You MUST bring:
   
• A fully completed & signed copy of the entry & release form by your parent or legal guardian aged 21 or above FOU
  
• Proof of identity and date of birth documents is required for the registration.
• You will need to register for the contest in person at the registration venue with one parent or legal guardian aged 21 or above.
  
4. Go down to SM City North EDSA Mall, The Block, Level 3 in person together with one parent or legal guardian aged 21 or above, on either 14th or 15th June 08 (during mall opening hours) to register your entry with us at the registration counter.

Contest Period:

• June 14-15, 2008 (for pre-registration)
  
• June 20-22, 2008 (contest auditions)
• June 29 2008 (finals)
  

Contest Prize:

1. Grand Prize:
• 3-days, 2-nights trip to Los Angeles in 2008 (exact dates and itinerary to be confirmed by Disney at a later date and may be subject to change) as follows:
1. Economy class air travel from Manila to Los Angeles, United States for the winner and one chaperone
2. Twin sharing room accommodation for the winner and his/her chaperone in Los Angeles for two nights
3. Pop star activities which include:
   
• personalized driver for pick up and dispatch
• personalized check-in
• pampering activities such as spa treatments
• indulge in retail therapy accompanied by a personal “pop star” stylist engaged specially for the Grand Prize winner
• spending money of US$500 in total for the shopping trip
• a chance to meet with Miley Cyrus on set (subject to programming production schedule and availability)
2. Consolation for 14 Finalist:
• Each of the consolation prize winners will get an exclusive Hannah Montana Goodie bag.

Upside:

• Only the first 500 eligible children who successfully register with Disney in accordance with these Official Rules will qualify for the Contest auditions.
  
• Very nice prize for the winner!
  

Downside:

• You have to make 3 appearances (Pre-registration, Contest Auditions and Finals)
