Premyo sa Resibo (PSP) is a year round promo by Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), in support of the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). The promo aims to encourage buyers to ask for receipts from merchants so that leakages in tax collection system could be prevented. At last, we can put to use all those receipts we get everyday! Check out the winners




Unlike the new PSP Jackpot, PSP is easy to join.

Promo Mechanics:

1. Obtain receipt from merchant
2. Copy the TIN, Receipt No. and Receipt Amount
• Example on the right image:
  
• TIN: 005-215-077-076 VAT
• Receipt No.: 00084293
• Receipt Amount: 130.00
3. Text PSR [space] TIN [asterisk] Receipt Number [asterisk] Receipt Amount
• Based on the example, your text should be:
• "PSR 005215077076*00084293*130"
4. Send to 9777 for all kinds of cellphone subscribers
   
5. 1.50 Pesos will be charged per text
6. Wait for confirmation text
7. Record/save raffle entry numbers and receipt

NOTE:

• No registration is needed.
• Every P100 value of a single receipt entitles the bearer one (1) text-entry. The remaining fraction of P50 and above is round up to an additional text-entry.
• minors must first obtain the consent of their legal guardian
• bearer of a receipt with a value of P150 or more can send the same text message with the same receipt details at least 2 times, the number of which will depend on the amount of the receipt.
• A single receipt amount of P450 can be texted 5 times to earn 5 raffle entries. Texting the same message the 6 th time will automatically invalidate that entry and succeeding entries thereafter.

Receipt more than P350? Here is what you do so you don't have to text more than once:

1. Text the keyword PSR plus the details of the receipt in this format:
• PSR [space] TIN [asterisk] Receipt Number [asterisk] Receipt Amount
2. Send to 9778
3. Wait for confirmation text
4. Save the text and keep the receipt

Note:

• Every P100 amount of a single receipt = one raffle entry. The remaining fraction of P50 and above is round up to an additional raffle entry.
• Receipt should have a minimum amount of P350 for 4 raffle entries to avail of the 9778 service.
• The 9778 system will issue a maximum of 1,000 raffle entries per text.
• Text charge will depend on the number of raffle entries issued. Charge is P1.50 per raffle entry.
