Contest Requirements:
- Residents and permanent residents who are above 21 years of age as of 28 April 2008 of Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

- Cast your vote and complete the entry form on the website.
- The top 30 programmes to receive the highest number of votes at the end of the voting will be broadcast on a countdown basis from 1 June 2008 to 30 June 2008.
- Only one (1) vote per programme is granted to each voter.
- The maximum number of programmes granted to each person is thirty (30).
- A total of ONE (1) grand prize winner and TEN (10) consolation prize winners will be chosen.
- Each entrant may win ONE (1) prize only.
- The grand prize winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries voted for the winning programme.
- The winning program will be considered as which received the highest number of votes from around the region during the voting period.
- The final determining factor in the selection of the winner will however be the subjective write-ups supplied by the entrant in response to the open-ended question of the entry that will be judged by a pre-determined panel of judges.
- The decision of the judges shall be considered final and non negotiable.
- Consolation winners will be determined in another random drawing from all eligible voters who have included as part of their interaction with the Top 30 website the use of “Email to your friends” function (which will appear once you have voted)
- Each entrant will be given an additional chance in the draw for each friend that signs up and vote.
- The winner will be selected on 15 June 2008 with the draw being conducted by representatives of NGC Asia Network, LLC whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.
- Each winner will be notified by e-mail or phone on or around 18 June 2008 and will be given instructions on how to claim the prize.
- The winner will be announced on or around 18 June 2008 on http://www.ngcasia.com
- The open-ended question of the Contest while optional will be the determining factor in the selection of winners from among the pool of entrants.
- The winner will be required to sign and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release (collectively, "Release") within fourteen (14) days of notification or the Prize will forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen.
- Prize will be awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of completed prize notification.
- If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from the pool of entries voted for the most voted programme.
- Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner's details including but not limited to their name, prize won, hometown and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

- 2 return Economy Class Premium seats on the Antarctica sightseeing flight, departing on 31 December 2008 from Sydney and arriving 1 January, 2009 to Sydney
