Although I'm not a Smart user, I'm still posting Loads of Laptop promo for other Smart subscribers out there. In Loads of Laptop promo, SMART Bro Prepaid subscribers get a chance to Win 1 HP 2133 Mini-Note EVERYDAY with a minimum load of Php30. I can't get the mechanics of this one because you need to register at www.smart.com.ph/connect to view the mechanics. The only relevant information I could get is the promo period which is September 26 - December 13, 2008 and it is only available to SMART Bro Prepaid subscribers.
