Getting ready for school? Then join National Bookstore's Back 2 Cool-School Giveaway promo. All you have to do is purchase a minimum amount of PhP 300 and earn a raffle coupon! Are you working? Then buy materials for your office or business!




Promo Requirements:

• PhP 300 single receipt on National Bookstore
  

Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo “BACK 2 COOL-SCHOOL GIVEAWAY” is valid at all National Book Store branches nationwide except all NBS Express Outlets.
2. With every PhP 300.00 purchase, inclusive of any of the participating products, a customer is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon. Citibank cardholders get one (1) bonus raffle coupon per purchase on top of the regular raffle coupons.
3. Participating products will be labeled with “N” sticker to distinguish them from other products.
4. Purchases should be in a single receipt provided a participating product is included in the purchase receipt. Receipt(s) must be dated from May 9 to June 30, 2008 only.
5. The cashier will stamp the customer’s receipt with VALID FOR PROMO if the promo is applicable to his/her purchase(s). ONLY RECEIPTS STAMPED with “VALID FOR PROMO” WILL BE ACCEPTED by the Customer Service Assistant upon claiming of the raffle coupon(s).
6. Raffle Coupon(s) can be claimed ONLY at the branch where the purchases was/were made.
7. Raffle coupons must be completely filled out with:
• full name
• address
• contact numbers
• email address
• NBS branch
• affix signature
8. Raffle coupons can be dropped at designated drop boxes at any NBS branch nationwide.
9. Deadline for submission of raffle entries will be at the closing of store hours on June 30, 2008.
10. All entries will be on a per branch basis. The draw will be on July 15, 2008, at the NBS Head Office at Quad Alpha Centrum Bldg., 125 Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City in the presence of a DTI Representative.

Upside:

• Withholding tax is shouldered (for prizes more than PhP 10,000 and LTO registration & TPL Insurance of the Honda Bravo 100X Motorcycles)
• Purchases using credit cards, Laking National e-purse, Laking National Gift Certificates, and National Book Store gift cheques are entitled to the promo
• Those who reside in GMA has a greater chance of winning (view the prizes to know what I mean)
  

Downside:

• Only specific products are included in the promo (not sure what those products are)
• Process of submitting and claiming the raffle stub is hassling (receipt -> Customer Service Assistant -> fill up raffle coupons)
