Use your card and make a minimum single purchase transaction of P3,000 at any Forever 21 outlet nationwide to get P500 GC to be used on the same merchant. You can also shop anywhere with your new card, spending at least a minimum single transaction receipt worth P2,000, to be entitled to any two (2) large drinks with one (1) free pearl add-on each from Gong Cha.


Promo Requirements:

  • Open to all Principal and Supplementary Forever 21 MasterCard holders who will receive the activation promo vouchers in the mail and those who will be issued a card during the promo period
  • Note: Those who replace, upgrade, downgrade or convert their BDO Credit Card within the promo period are not eligible to join the promo
  • Minimum single purchase transaction of P3,000 in Forever 21 and/or minimum single receipt of P2,000 in any merchant

  2. For the charge slip to be valid
    • Original customer's copy
    • Name and card number on the charge slip must be the same as the name and card number on the credit card being presented
    • Transaction date must be within the promo period
    • Single charge slip worth at least P2,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency following the guiding exchange rates
  3. Only one (1) voucher may be used per card in Forever 21. Maximum of two (2) vouchers may be used for Gong Cha
  4. A single purchase transaction requires only one (1) approval. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of generating multiple charge slips shall not be allowed
  5. The promo offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos

Promo Period: July 1, 2012 - February 28, 2013 (Redemption until July 31, 2013)
  • Spend must be within 90 days from card issuance date or by May 31, 2013
