Oca Jr. and Railroad Streets, Port Area, Manila) with your contact details. Each entry must accompany an original copy of a Philippine Star masthead (only for issues dated Dec. 8 to 18, 2009). One masthead equals entry. Prizes wasn't specified on the article. But just to give you a picture, here are the prizes Joaquin gave away last year.
